1. Digital delivery only
MM2Mart sells digital in-experience items. Nothing is shipped by mail or courier, no physical delivery address is required, and no physical shipping charge applies.
2. When delivery begins
After PayPal confirms capture, or after the server verifies a 100% discount, an order enters the delivery queue. The Claim Items page updates when an administrator assigns the delivery bot. Checkout completion alone does not mean the virtual item has already been transferred.
3. Account confirmation
You must enter the Roblox username that should receive the item and confirm the public profile shown. Display names are not sufficient. Delivery is attempted only to the confirmed account. Never provide a password, session cookie, two-factor code or recovery code.
4. Join Server method
Direct joining is intended for Roblox accounts marked 13+ and age verified where required by the delivery server. Before continuing, MM2Mart displays a warning. You may need to follow the delivery bot, open its Roblox profile and click the Join button.
5. Friend Bot method
Where direct joining is unavailable, the Friend Bot option places the order in the corresponding delivery state. Follow the Claim Items page and Roblox interface for the connection request. Do not accept similarly named accounts that are not linked from the MM2Mart flow.
6. Customer requirements
- The confirmed account must be able to access Roblox and the relevant experience.
- Privacy, parental and trade settings must permit the selected delivery method.
- The customer must be available to complete the in-experience transfer.
- The account must not be suspended, trade restricted or otherwise technically ineligible.
7. Timing
Delivery times depend on administrator availability, bot availability, stock confirmation, Roblox service status and customer response. MM2Mart does not promise an exact delivery minute unless one is expressly confirmed for the order. Keep the Claim Items link and order number available.
8. Failed delivery
If delivery fails, verify the confirmed username and account settings, then contact support. MM2Mart may retry, request a corrected account confirmation, offer an agreed equivalent replacement or apply the Refund Policy. Items are not marked delivered merely because a bot profile was opened.
9. Platform restrictions
Roblox and Murder Mystery 2 control access, trading and virtual-item functionality. MM2Mart may pause or cancel fulfillment if a platform restriction, outage or rule prevents a compliant transfer. MM2Mart is not affiliated with or endorsed by Roblox Corporation.
