1. Agreement and operator
MM2Mart is the trading name used for this online store. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms, the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Delivery Policy. The contract is formed when MM2Mart accepts the order and confirms payment or a valid 100% discount.
2. Eligibility
You must be legally capable of entering the purchase contract. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize the purchase and payment method. You must own or be authorized to use the Roblox account supplied for delivery.
3. Products and platform status
Products are digital, in-experience items intended for transfer through supported Murder Mystery 2 or Roblox functionality. No physical product is sold. Virtual items remain subject to the game developer's and Roblox's systems, licenses and rules.
MM2Mart is independent and is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Murder Mystery 2. Roblox currently restricts acquisition or distribution of Virtual Content outside its Services. MM2Mart may refuse, cancel or refund an order where fulfillment would breach applicable platform rules or is technically unavailable.
4. Listings, stock and orders
We aim to display accurate names, images, prices and stock. Images are illustrative identifiers and do not create rights outside the relevant game. Stock is checked again before an order is created. An item placed in a cart is not reserved. We may reject duplicate, fraudulent, incorrectly priced or unavailable orders and return any captured payment.
5. Prices, discounts and payment
Prices are shown in euros unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed by PayPal and the payment methods PayPal makes available to the buyer. MM2Mart does not receive raw card numbers or security codes. Discount codes must be active and valid at checkout. A verified 100% discount creates a zero-value order without sending a payment to PayPal.
6. Digital delivery
Delivery begins after order acceptance and may require an MM2Mart administrator to assign the delivery bot. You must provide the correct public Roblox username, permit the relevant experience and trade functions, and follow the on-screen instructions. Direct server joining may require a 13+ age-verified Roblox account. You may also need to follow the bot and use the Join button on its profile.
MM2Mart will never ask for your Roblox password, authentication code, session cookie or account recovery information.
7. Immediate performance and withdrawal
At checkout you may expressly request immediate digital delivery and acknowledge that, where legally permitted, your statutory withdrawal right ends once performance has begun. This does not remove rights that cannot lawfully be waived, including remedies for non-delivery, incorrect delivery or defective performance. Full details are in the Refund Policy.
8. Customer conduct
You must not use stolen payment methods, impersonate another Roblox user, manipulate orders, attack the service, misuse discount codes, submit false disputes or use delivery to violate law or platform safety rules. We may pause delivery while fraud, ownership or payment authorization is reviewed.
9. Platform changes and availability
Roblox, Murder Mystery 2, PayPal and hosting providers are independent services. Updates, outages, moderation, trade restrictions or account actions may delay or prevent delivery. Where MM2Mart cannot deliver within a reasonable period for reasons not caused by the customer, the remedies in the Refund Policy apply.
10. Liability and statutory rights
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law, including liability for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health, or mandatory consumer guarantees. Subject to mandatory law, MM2Mart is not responsible for losses caused solely by customer account settings, inaccurate usernames, platform enforcement or third-party outages outside its reasonable control.
11. Governing rules and changes
Mandatory consumer protections of the country where the consumer habitually resides remain unaffected. Updated terms apply only from their stated effective date and do not retroactively remove rights attached to accepted orders.
